Stringer Investment Group LLC is a family-owned investment and holding company focused on acquiring and growing quality assets across the Southeast. We are not a brokerage, a fund, or a financial advisory firm — we are a private holding company that takes a direct, long-term ownership stake in the assets we believe in.
Our portfolio spans residential and vacation-rental real estate, timberland and raw land, commercial properties, and selected business ventures. Each investment is evaluated on its fundamentals: cash flow, appreciation potential, and its ability to hold and grow value across decades, not quarters.
We are actively expanding our portfolio across the Southeast, with a particular focus on vacation-rental real estate and land assets that offer both near-term income and long-term appreciation.
